Several services provided by Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) will be temporarily unavailable starting from Saturday until Monday, as announced by the bank itself.

In an advisory released on June 13, BPI stated that the temporary unavailability of services is due to scheduled maintenance of its systems. The maintenance is set to take place from June 22, 11 p.m. until June 23, 10 a.m. Additionally, there will be maintenance from June 23, 11 p.m. to June 24, 8 a.m.

The affected services during this period include BPI Channels such as ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI Mobile app, BPI BizKo, and BPI BizLink. Other services like BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards, and BPI Prepaid Cards will also be unavailable.

Moreover, services using BPI Online credentials on partner websites and apps, interbank funds transfer to BPI, funding of BPI prepaid cards, VYBE sign-ups, cash-ins, cash-outs, as well as the BPI phone banking self-service facility will all be temporarily suspended.

BPI highlighted that maintenance activities for BPI BizLink will commence on June 22 at 10 p.m. However, BPI credit and prepaid card services are expected to be available from 6:00 am on June 23 and 24.

As a reminder, BPI advised its customers to plan their transactions accordingly during this maintenance period.
